Replacement and Warranty

ToolFox products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original date of purchase. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during this period, ToolFox will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. This warranty is provided solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Any tampering with the device hardware or software will void the warranty. Products damaged due to installation errors or use outside of their intended purpose are not eligible for warranty repair or replacement.

ToolFox products are designed to function with vehicle systems as they exist at the time of purchase and are warranted solely against manufacturing defects for the stated warranty period. ToolFox does not guarantee lifetime or uninterrupted functionality. Updates or modifications made by vehicle manufacturers, including Tesla, may affect compatibility or functionality and are outside of ToolFox’s control. These changes are not covered under warranty.

For warranty claims, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the warranty process.

General

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including those purchased during sales, promotions, or with promotional codes. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Any purchaser or user of the ToolFox 3 or any other products offered by ToolFox releases ToolFox and all its related companies or parties from any responsibility regarding its use. We are not responsible for any modifications the manufacturer could do to your car. ToolFox cannot be held responsible for any problems related to the installation of the ToolFox 3 or any other ToolFox product on the vehicle.

Shipping

Packages ship within 2 business days after the order is placed, we strive to ship as fast as possible. Shipping transit and delivery estimates are subject to the carrier chosen at checkout and carrier delays. The customer shall be responsible for all tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT, Sales Tax County Tax or State Tax), and any other taxes or fees levied by the destination country or jurisdiction based on the delivery address.
