How fast will my package ship?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible and most orders ship in 2 business days or less after the order confirmation and payment date. We will provide you with the tracking number for your package as soon as it is shipped.

What are the terms of sale, do you accept returns?

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, but only for bulk orders, contact us via our contact page or at contact@toolfox.cc for more information on bulk orders.

What guarantees do you provide?

We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or fitness for a particular purpose. ToolFox 3 is provided as-is. While this device is designed to restore Supercharging access on salvage vehicles, Tesla may implement future firmware updates, security measures, or authentication methods that could affect compatibility. By purchasing ToolFox 3, you acknowledge this possibility and accept the risk that functionality may require updates or may become incompatible with future Tesla systems. Tesla recommends completing a High-Voltage Inspection through a official Tesla Service Center to reinstate Supercharging access on your vehicle permanently as long as your car can pass this inspection (or passes after Tesla performs additional repairs). This might be most suitable for individuals that require guarantees. Performing the official High Voltage Inspection at Tesla is the only way to guarantee that your car will continue to supercharge permanently.

Will this have any negative effect on my car?

No our device is transparent to the car and is transferable from one car to the other. You can install and remove it at any time or as many times you desire. You will still be able to update the car anytime without it affecting any functionality.

Do you support older legacy Model S/X cars?

No, but we are working on it. We hope to support legacy Model S and X cars soon. The installation for those vehicles is in a different location with a different harness plug. That variant of the device is not yet ready and is still undergoing internal testing. Please check back with us soon for updates.

Does your device receive updates if Tesla makes changes to its software that affects its functionality?

Yes, the device (Rev 1.3 and higher) can receive updates via WiFi. We provide best-effort support including ToolFox 3 firmware updates downloaded to the device via WiFi when feasible. However, such updates are not guaranteed and depend on Tesla’s system architecture and the technical complexity of maintaining compatibility. Support timelines and availability may vary based on system changes beyond our control.
